The Silver Thorns, led by Luquier, are the Circus' most famous troupe, and wear silver jewelry or wield silver weaponry decorated with thorns. The Beast Tamers, as the name implies, are renowned for their prowess in taming beasts, both normal and mythical, and wear costumes inspired by colors and gemstones. Their props during the show, and even their beasts, are also used for assassinations, which is why their props seem comically dangerous, and the beasts they train can range from normal animals such as tigers and bears, to mythical beasts such as chimeras and dragons.Īs in real world performances, there are different groups that specialize in different acts. The Circus itself is a front, as many units are also well-versed assassins. Many units have European names, especially from languages of Anglo-Saxon and Slavic origin.
Many units take after performing roles, such as animal tamers, jugglers, sentient props, and even beasts themselves. The Pale Moon Circus is based around real world circuses and theatrical productions.
Pale Moon has a great manipulation of the Accel Imaginary Gift, which rear guards that were called from the Soul during the Battle Phase take advantage of, also some units can give more accel markers to getting more rearguards or stacking them as Stage. The Magia Dolls are a series of Workeroid who can be putted in the soul when are retired from the GC and when are called from the soul by the effect of a specific unit, can activate their skills. Other units can soul blast all the units to give more power or skills to compensate the loss. Some of their rear guards can send themselves to the Soul after attacking to call a card with a different Grade from the Soul to replace them. Pale Moon specializes in Superior Calling rear guards from the Soul, often during the Battle Phase to do more attacks.
